Sanjay - Working from last 14 years. Having expertise in Virtualization, Storage, System Integration area with system and application Testing. Also worked with various startup and Multi national companies in US and India, engaged in services and product development.

Shailesh - Has 15 years of professional experience in the software industry. In 2007, he develop a product to address the twin problems of productivity and reliability of software systems. Prior to that, he was Director, Technology at the India Development Center for a US based MNC. He has provided Technology Consultancy to many software development organizations for projects worth $10K to multi-million dollar ones. His interests include Distributed Operating Systems, Kernel Architectures, Programming Languages, Artificial Intelligence, Compilers and Robotics. He is regularly invited at engineering colleges in Pune to deliver seminars on higher end technology for their faculties and students.

Software Engineer   [Apply for this Job]

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and testing AlertMails software applications. Additional responsibilities include support to AlertMails customer managers and customer support teams.

•  Degree in CS, CE or equivalent preferred.
•  Must have 1– 2 years of related work experience.
•  Design, implement and test software applications using a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, DHTML, XML, Javascript, SQL, JSP, PHP, MySQL.
•  Responsible for own schedules and communications of the status of all tasks.
•  Must be able to work with moderate direct supervision.
•  Must possess the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
•  Interact with the Engineering team to identify, design and implement the user interface portions of the AlertMails applications.


Marketing Client Services Executive   [Apply for this Job]

The Marketing Client Services Executive will act as the primary relationship and project manager for AlertMails clients. With a focus on developing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and ownership of customer renewal contracts, the Marketing Client Services Executive will be accountable for signing new clients, client activity, engagement and retention.

•  Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration or related field of study.
•  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
•  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn additional software or PHP/JSP programs through self education.
•  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of detail.
•  Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
•  Must be flexible, resourceful and multi-talented in order to span breadth of job responsibilities
•  Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
•  Knowledge of direct or interactive marketing strategies as well as marketing automation, email marketing or CRM technologies preferred
•  Familiarity with software and technology market or proficiency with complex software solutions a plus.
•  Must be willing to work in Pune and Mumbai.
